Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before you make a purchase.
All my products are usually sent by Royal Mail, unless I am sending a more expensive, larger item, I will use Parcelforce 24 or 48.
The normal turnaround time for smaller bespoke items is 2-3 days. If I have been asked to make a large resin object for instance, or Wedding Stationary this can take longer, please contact me for more information.
All my items will have been quality checked before shipping and will be packed accordingly ensuring any delicate items will be well wrapped.
I cannot be held responsible for any time delays on orders once they have been shipped, but I can put in a claim as the sender of the item, communication is key and I urge you to contact me as soon as possible.
Any personalised items cannot be refunded unless I have made an error with your order ( which is very unlikely, but we are only human after all, please be sure that all the information sent to me is correct, I will always send a proof image of any stationary or wording for resin items before completion of your order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.We accept .Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Switch, Delta, Solo.
All online orders require payment with your order, however if you would not rather pass credit details over the internet please contact us on email/telephone (see bottom of page) and we will arrange another payment method.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a no nonsense policy on returns. If your product is faulty when you receive it and you return it to us in its original packaging and as new condition, within 14 days of receipt we will refund the full cost of the product or exchange it for another one, PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to do this on any personalised or bespoke items.
We will be happy to refund the cost of carriage if the return is a result of error on our behalf. Otherwise our delivery and packaging costs will not be refunded.
Please note that all items that are made or personalised cannot be returned unless they are proven to be faulty or damaged. We will need photographs as evidence of anything that is deemed faulty or damaged when you receive your order.
Therefore please make sure that all the details of these products are correct before ordering.
